A day to be remember

9-4-08 , 4.45am

Well I think I would remember this date as the most shocking night. I have been worried for the past few days about the Liverpool & Arsenal in the Champions League match. The reason is that this is the only cup I think Arsenal might win in this year campaign. They have screwed up their Carling cup to Tottenham(4-1), FA cup to Man United(4-0) and the have been losing point for the pass few matchs in EPL.

It means that they totally must win this game if not they will be no trophy this season. Again the crush out in the quater final today..(4-2)

I have been wearing a Arsenal jersey which I bought in KL(chi choeng kai) during my trip to KL last year. I really don't know when I am so fall into Arsenal. Yet I really dont know why I supported them so much. I use to hate them when I was young. I hate them because the whole team is black.(I dont mean to discriminate). But due to their style of playing football I really start to admire their team.

I really respect Arsene Wenger playing style because he will play the same style of football no matter whois the opponent. Itmeans that theyare playing attractive football. Although they are consider top club in EPL but they play their game equally. No like Man United which they will take advantages over the weaker team. Which means that they only concentrate on amount of goal rather than playing football.

Today started to sit infront on my TV at 2.15am together with my food. I just cant wait to see the match. When the game kick off at 2.45am, Arsenal line up is the same line up as usual. But I shocked with Liverpool line up. They play Torres and Crouch together. It mean they are really going to attack.

As the whistle started,
Arsenal dominating the game with few chances and nice passing. They got a GOAL on 13min (diaby). But when reaches the half an hour Liverpool got back one from a corner through Hypia. Who else to be blame here? It is again the Swiss central back.(senderos). If you see again the way he mark his opponent you will know. Wenger oh Wenger....Why you want to put senderos as CB tonight...He should have put Toure and Gallas. Then the RB should be Eboue. I reall doubt with Eboue position as RM..He cant score he cant attack well..You see tonight he wasted a couple of good chances. It should be Wallcott that play the area.

The worst thing is that Flamini injured and was subsitute during the first half.

The first half ended with 1-1...

Begin of the second half.
Again is Liverpool that dominate the game. The reason is that Arsenal central midfield mulfunction because Flamini was not in. Yet again the score with Torres this time. Again it was senderos that failed to close dont Torres space in penalty spot.

The 70min.(van persie for diaby and wallcott for eboue)
Well I guess Wenger finally heard my cried to change eboue. Is never too late because Arsenal scores late goal in most of the match. My heart started to pump very fast and I feeling hard to breath. On the 83 min Wallcott make a superb run .Almost 3/4 from the field he carried the ball till Liverpool penalty area and he passed the ball for Adebayor. GOAL ! GOAL ! GOAL! I jumped and jumped like hell in my living hall, I even shouted very loud.Tears running down from my eye as Arsenal equalise the game. I even received a sms from wei yeong.

But this happiness wont last for long. In between a minute Liverpool strike back with Gerrard penalty. I dont even manage to see the reason for penalt as I was happily with Arsenal equaliser. When I saw the replay.
OMG thus that amount to penalty.....Well as the Gunners supporter i would say is NO..But if my friend YEOH KENG LIANG saw that he would say YES is a penalty. COZ he HATE arsenal..He hate them so much as I hate Man United

Only one question in my mind at that one minute. Is that penalty? If it yes then why last week Helb was not awarded a penalty.

After that goal I switched off my TV and straight for a shower. I sit down there and cry for 15min before I decided to write in blog.

My heart is really pain. As I told my friend Wei Thye through sms that football need lady luck sometimes. Maybe this is the best way to console my wounding heart.

Is this the right choice?

KUALA LUMPUR, April 6 (Bernama) -- The 1st Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment (RMR) will experience the touch of British royalty when the 75-year-old division of the Malaysian Armed Forces perform the prestigious "London Public Duties" in London, England soon.Malaysia is the fourth Commonwealth nation, after Canada, Australia and Jamaica, to be honoured in performing the Public Duties in England. One of the tasks awaiting the RMR team is to guard the official residence of the British Monarch, the Buckingham Palace.Acting Director of the Malaysian Armed Forces Public Relations Office, Colonel Fadzlette Othman Merican said a total of 122 RMR personnel from the royal ceremonial team had been selected for the assignment."On Feb 28 2007, Chief of General Staff of the United Kingdom, Sir Richard Dannat paid an official visit to Malaysia and witnessed our RMR soldiers conducting guards-of-honour. The coordination and discipline among the soldiers during the march won his heart, and later graced the RMR to perform Public Duties."Basically Public Duties are divided into two tasks, firstly the "Queen's Guard" where we have to guard the Buckingham Palace, St James's Palace and Tower of London. Secondly, the Windsor Castle Guard, where we will guard the Windsor Castle, one of the Queen Elizabeth II residences," she told Bernama in an exclusive interview here Sunday. She said the RMR would be involved in regimental tasks with other battalions in the Household division along their placement in Buckingham Palace. The team will depart for London on Apr 16 and expected to start their duty on April 18 until June 12 and the trip (including insurance, attire, flight tickets) cost almost RM1.9 million.Army chief Tan Sri Muhammad Ismail Jamaluddin and RMR's Colonel-in-Chief, the Sultan of Kedah, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah will visit the team on May 19 and June 5 respectively.Public Duties are performed by military personnel and usually have a ceremonial or historic significance rather than an overtly operational role, she said."The team will be attired in ceremonial temperate dress, comprising a red coat, black pant and the bearskin cap. They also will be provided with M16 Crome machineguns for duty routines."They will also participate in Changing of the Guard ceremony at the forecourt of both palaces, as well as conducting night patrols, guarding the palace's check-posts and be a part of the quick reaction force," she said adding the team would be given accommodation at the Wellington Barracks in central London.Three infantry battalions of the British army are currently tasked with the provision of Public Duties. Two of these are from the Foot Guards of the Household Division, and one (since 1996) is a line infantry battalion."The team are undergoing intensive trainings in marching skills, English language classes, learning history of the RMR and Malaysian Armed Forces and mastering computer skills. Training and classes are conducted at the Sg Besi Army base by special trainers from UK," she said.On the sideline of the duty, the RMR "Brass Band" (official RMR band) will be performing at a tatoo at the Windsor Castle and during the official opening of the Arsenal football club's Emirates Stadium in London. She said the opportunity given to the RMR to serve in Public Duties would be the best platform to upgrade their profesionalism and their knowledge capability.-- BERNAMA
Our Malaysian Army is going to serve in UK ? What is the use of this prestigious "London Public Duties" ? In order to get the fame we again have to spend money to serve the British Monarch. What is our government trying to do right now...
Again they are spending the tax payers money blindly. In order to serve the British Monarch our country has to cover all their travel expenses to UK. Although the amount is only RM 1.9 million but is still the money of the people. The amount is consider less compare to the one that sending an 'astronaut idol' to space. I just feel that the money should be use in another way that benefit the country.
What do we get when we serve such duty ? Is it the fame for being the 4th Commonwealth Country to perform such duty...
Maybe I don't know the true meaning of this event but I really feel furious the way the tax money were spend by the government. I hope that someone can share with me their opinion whether you agree with it or not.

Yet another day

Omg..I really need to serious on my study already. For the pass today again I'm day dreaming. Is also a disappointing weekend for me. Because my favourite team Arsenal again draw with Liverpool. Haih...I can't complain much because they really perform badly in the first half. Now their title hope i think is vanish.

But I will start to pray and support for Chelsea because I really hate Man United (sorry to all MU fans). Chelsea still have chance to get the title because Man United today draw with Middlesbrough. It is very unlucky that they dont win Man United. They really play so well. I wonder if they play like that in every matches the might become top 4.

So now I all my hope is that Arsenal will defeat Liverpool at Anfield on this tuesday (I will be watching of course hehehe). Hope the the Gunners will perform far more better than their match in San Siro...And I do hope Chelsea lose so that they can concentrate on EPL and Roma might create some magic to win Man United 3 goals at Old Traford...hehe
My dream final would be Arsenal V Barcelona

Today will be 7th of April already, really nearing my exam and today will be start back my class after one week holiday. Haih is very sad to attend class nowdays, because is very tense the atmosphere. During this time I really miss those old days in school where by I can study together with Jeremy and Wei Jian..But to bad they are gone now and I cant find a replacement..They too now working very hard so I must be hardworking too.

Almost 1am already, hope when I wake up I will be able to have a brand new day...
